Firstly thanks to everyone who took part in both days of the ERSA Champs over the weekend, it was a great couple of days at both Welwyn and Hemel. Thanks to both clubs for hosting the events, all parents for helping and especially the committee members who put in all the hard work before, during and after the races.

The results for the ERSA Champs at Welwyn and Hemel have been posted here. The combined will follow shortly.

On the Saturday the race will start an hour later than normal at 9.15am and on Sunday 7.00am.

Rachelle Rogers took part in the English Champs last week in Bormio and has posted a blog here which also contains a video of her Slalom and GS runs.

The inaugural ERSA Schools Championship will take place in April 2012. This is preliminary notice that the region will be hosting the event in conjunction with our partners, Team Evolution and Ski Bartlett at the Gosling ski centre at Welwyn Garden City.

We are in the process on confirming the date but it will be at the end of April and confirmation will be posted in the next couple of weeks.

The final snows races are taking place at the moment in a rather hot and sunny Alps. Several racers from the region are out in Meribel and Courchevel taking part. If you are looking for results keep an eye on the following websites;

The 2010 ERSA Champs took place on Sunday 17th October 2010 at the impressive facilities at Norfolk Snowsport Centre. the weather was perfect, not too hot and not too cold. This was the last race of the ERSA Summer League and a good turnout from racers in the region to compete for the final silverware of the season.
