Tonight Jasmin Taylor from Ipswich, featured on the BBC Look East programme talking about her Telemark skiing over the past winter. She trains over at Hemel where there is now a club. Watch the video here.

The first club national in ERSA takes place tomorrow at Milton Keynes and there is a full entry taking part. In the meantime a reminder about the other club nationals taking place in the region over the coming weeks and full details can be found in the attached form here, which you can post at clubs.

Congratulations to Pete Glasgow on being selected for the Scottish National Alpine team for 2012/2013.

Don’t forget that the Welwyn and Hemel club nationals take place on 26th and 27th May. Entry to the races is open online here until Friday next week.

So our first selection of fashion on the conveyor belt comes from the Welwyn weekend.

Thanks to Welwyn for hosting the event, thank you to Team Evolution, Ski Bartlett and Zaini Hats for turning out on such a wet day. 190 racers 3 slalom runs each, Team Events, Stampede, TE Pro Slalom, Prize and most people away by 3.15pm.

7 am, Sunday 22^nd April at Gosling Sports Centre, some dedicated diehards were already hard at work erecting gazebos and setting up the BBQ. The sky was blue, no rainclouds in sight – it was going to be a good day.
