Squad Entry Criteria:

Ø    The ERSA Squad  is selected on SSE seed points. All athletes must be SSE registered and compete for a Club in the Eastern Region. Racers will be selected to the  squad according to SSE points, . Other athletes may be asked to train with the squad at the discretion of the Regional Race Trainers.

Ø  The squad can comprise of racers from ALL age groups. Training days will be held during the summer months, provided they can be fitted into an already very busy racing schedule. If at all possible, an extra training day should be arranged after the Summer Racing Season is finished. Racers will be asked to represent the Region in the Inter-Regional competition. When HSC opens training days will be organised at the new facility.
