Age Categories for 2012

In answer to several questions I thought I would post an update about the age categories for 2012. ERSA has not published the Summer League categories yet as we are waiting on some guidance from SSE for this season. As many of you know there has been a proposal out with some coaches and officials and the changes would affect the national races. As a result of any changes ERSA will look to follow the same direction. These changes for the national races are still being discussed but we are hoping that we will be notified shortly of the changes. However as a region we do need to make a decision very soon and we are holding out a little longer before publishing the categories to be used in ERSA for 2012. Due to the late timing of the publication it is likely we will stick with the current categories and change the years to reflect the changes.
